Discover 3D printing with RealFlex filament. Real filament has designed a premium user-friendly PLA filament that is semi-flexible. Easily print sturdy and durable components with either a Bowden or direct-drive systems!
The RealFlex filament guarantees an enjoyable and consistent printing experience. The filament material is biodegradable as it has been sourced from natural renewable sources.
The flexibility aspect can be unlocked when creating prints with low infill settings. Printed objects with RealFlex material feel like a screwdriver’s hand grip: soft, yet firm. The material can handle high impacts thanks to the strong and reliable Z-layers it produces. This is the ideal material to create protection for structural parts, for example, in a drone.
We recommend that you avoid using a heated bed and instead extrude the material onto a glass print surface. This will provide great adhesion as well as reduce any chances of warping. Additionally, decrease the printing speed when using the Bowden extrusion system.
